Ron Gilchrist has a lifetime’s experience in agriculture, horticulture and environmental research. He now directs the Centre for Organics Resource Recovery (CORR) based in Fairlie in Ayrshire. CORR demonstrates best practice in both conventional and vermicultural composting using the most up to date equipment. SVS Composting Ltd, his equipment supply company, has, for example, recently installed a 2,000 Tons per annum composting plant at Glasgow Fruit Market. Ron will include in his talk his experience of the benefits of adding Rockdust to the composting process.
