An organic dairy farmer based at Gartocharn, Alexandria, on the banks of Loch Lomond, Jock Scott-Park is a leading figure in the Scottish Group of the McCarrison Society which is an organisation linking deficiencies in soil health to deficiencies in food-chain and human health. Jock, a supporter of the SEER Centre, will discuss the differences he has seen between the use of Rockdust, traditional organic techniques and the more conventional chemical fertlisers.
