Jamesfield is a 300 acre farm between Abernethy and Newburgh on the Fife and Perthshire borders and it is run by Ian and Roy Miller. With his family farming there for 60 years it was in 1971 they decided to turn organic. Certified under The Soil Association Organic Certification Scheme they offer home delivery of organic meat throughout the UK. Their new organic shop and restaurant opens this season as does the first bespoke organic butchery in Scotland that they have had built at Jamesfield. Ian will present on his experience of applying Rockdust to his soils.
